Scott Braden

Scott Braden is a senior personal injury attorney at the Kyle Law Firm. Previously Scott led the litigation team of another personal injury practice before moving from Austin, Texas, to join our firm. Mr. Braden knows the personal injury business inside and out. He has no tolerance for insurance company shenanigans and presses our client interests throughout the process. Mr. Braden has represented thousands of clients over the years, from just after an injury or tragedy, through the conclusion of cases with a trial. Scott graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin and then graduated with honors from the South Texas College of Law in Houston. Scott is a camp gladiator devotee and an accomplished guitarist who enjoys the Hill Country music scene in his spare time.
