
Jeff Frazier is of counsel to the Kyle Law Firm in New Braunfels, Texas and practices in the areas of criminal defense, civil rights, and marijuana law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Latin American Association for Universal Human Rights (ALDHU). Mr. Frazier worked on litigation resulting in the disbanding of the Texas Regional Narcotic Task Force System, litigation resulting in the cessation of Plan Columbia fumigations, and litigation leading to a change in the law and a change in the reporting policies of the Michigan State Police Forensic Division. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Universidad Espiritu Santo, Guayaquil, Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish.
